Martin Najat co-founded City Traders Imperium in 2018 and is the operational and strategic force behind its global trader ecosystem. With a background in banking and finance (BSc, ASCCB-accredited), an MBA, and a professional trading practice of his own, Martin built the systems that let CTI run with reliability, transparency and long-term stability.
From payout infrastructure to risk controls and trader-support workflows, he shaped the operational backbone that grew CTI from a London startup into a respected international proprietary trading firm and continues to drive the technology that will power the next generation of prop trading. His leadership ensures traders experience a firm that is fast, fair and built to last.

Daniel Martin co-founded City Traders Imperium in 2018 to fix the broken relationship between retail traders and prop firms. A senior multi-asset trader and performance coach with over 24 years in the financial markets, Daniel is recognised for his expertise in technical analysis, trader psychology, and the complete development of a professional trader's strategy — backtesting, risk, planning and execution.
Through his Golden Trader Program he has spent years turning struggling traders into consistently funded professionals. That became the philosophy behind the CTI model: give traders real support and fair evaluations, and they treat trading like a career, not a gamble.

Scott Geekie is CTI’s Chief Marketing Officer, focused on growth and retention in prop trading. He has spent 8+ years inside the model — progressing from trader to intern, client relations, marketing manager and now CMO, a path that spans the full trader lifecycle: who a firm attracts, how traders behave once funded, and what actually drives long-term retention rather than short-term spikes.
That perspective shapes how CTI grows: deliberate about who it brings in, attentive to behaviour beyond conversion metrics, and mindful that in this model small changes compound quickly. Scott is Certified in Content Marketing, SEO and AEO, and is the author of ‘The Trader in the Chair: A Story for Anyone Who’s Bled Quietly at the Charts.’

Simone Nateri is the Head of Growth & Partnerships (CGO) of City Traders Imperium, a global proprietary trading firm dedicated to empowering traders through capital, education, and innovative fintech solutions. Simone has been part of CTI's journey since its early days, bringing an Italian sense of passion, loyalty, and relentless work ethic to everything he builds. With a strong background in operations, he has been instrumental in shaping the processes and systems that support trader performance and business scalability. Today, his focus on partnerships and commercial growth reflects the same drive that's carried him through every chapter at CTI turning genuine belief in the brand into tangible results for traders and partners worldwide.

Waleed Gamal is Chief Operations Officer at City Traders Imperium, with over seven years in business intelligence and process automation. He oversees Client Support and Compliance, and uses analytics to build internal controls that surface operational risk early. Working in Python, SQL and Power BI, he automates manual workflows and tracks the metrics behind CTI's product decisions.
