MetaTrader 5 is a desktop platform that also has web and mobile versions, and it supports Expert Advisors and custom indicators. If you want automation choose MetaTrader 5. If you want to log in and trade from any machine without installing software, choose Match Trader.
No. Expert Advisors are written for the MetaTrader platform, so they do not run on Match Trader. If your strategy depends on an EA, or on our free MT5 Trade Manager, pick MetaTrader 5 instead.
