Pick Your Poison: terms & odds

1. The promotion

Pick Your Poison is run by City Traders Imperium ("CTI", "we", "us"). It is open from Friday 23 October 2026, 00:00 UK time until Sunday 1 November 2026, 23:59 GMT (the "promotion period"). The game is played at citytradersimperium.com/halloween-2026/.

No purchase is needed to play. Taking part means you accept these terms, our Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Who can play

• You must meet the eligibility rules in our Terms & Conditions for opening a challenge account.
• One pick per person, using a verified email address. Only one player per internet connection (IP address), and temporary or throwaway email addresses are not accepted.
• To play, you must agree to receive marketing emails from City Traders Imperium. You can unsubscribe at any time from any of our emails.

3. How to play

1. Enter your email address and the 6-digit code we send you.
2. Pick one of the 16 stones. Your pick is final and cannot be changed.
3. Your prize and its code appear on screen and are emailed to you.
4. Use your code at checkout on app.citytradersimperium.com. To claim a free challenge (a 100% discount code), choose "Pay with Wallet" at checkout, then apply your code. Discount codes (15%, 25% and 35% off) work with any payment method.

4. Prizes

Every player wins one prize.

Free challenges (21 in total)

"$355K prize pool" means the combined account size of the 21 free challenges. It is not a cash amount.

Discounts (every other player)

5. Share and get an extra 25% off

If you won 15% off, share your personal link with a friend. When your friend plays for the first time through your link, you get an extra discount code: 25% off any challenge or Instant Funding, any account size (not Direct Funding). We email it to you, and your 15% code still works.

• Your friend must verify their own email address and make their own pick.
• You get one extra code, however many friends play. Playing through your own link does not count.
• The extra code is only for 15% winners. Winners of 25% off, 35% off or a free challenge do not get one.

Sharing is optional and never needed to claim your prize. Free-challenge winners may be invited to post about their win and may be featured on CTI's social channels. This is optional and never a condition of the prize.

6. Using your code

• All codes are valid until Wednesday 4 November 2026, 23:59 GMT. After that they no longer work.
• Each code can be used once per customer, on the challenge sizes and types listed in section 4.
• Codes cannot be combined with any other offer or discount code.
• Codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred.
• Use your code at checkout on app.citytradersimperium.com. The "Redeem now" button on your prize takes you there.

7. Our rights

• We may cancel a prize, a code or an entry that breaks these terms, for example several entries by one person or automated entries.
• If a prize becomes unavailable, we may replace it with a prize of the same or greater value.
• If events outside our control stop the promotion from running fairly, we may pause, change or end it. We will post any change on this page.

8. Your data

We use your email address to send your 6-digit code and your prize, to make sure each person picks once and to prevent fraud. To stop multiple entries we also keep a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address, never the address itself. Because agreeing to marketing emails is a condition of entry, we add your email address to our mailing list and send you offers and news from City Traders Imperium. You can unsubscribe at any time. Player data from the game is deleted 90 days after the promotion ends. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
